John B. Goldsborough

John B. (“Jack”) Goldsborough joined T&M in 2004 and has served in a number of executive capacities, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Goldsborough was a Managing Director of the Business Advisory and Brokerage division of Valiant Solutions Inc., a leading provider of management software and business services. He began his career in 1965 with Burns International Security Services, where he rose to the Office of the President in 1981. Prior to becoming President and CEO of a regional security firm United Security Group, Mr. Goldsborough served as the principal of an industry consulting business. He has also held positions as Vice President, Northeast Region for AHL Services Inc., Executive Vice President with Atlantic Security Systems Inc., and as President and COO of Summit Security Services. His diverse corporate background in the security industry spans a broad spectrum of disciplines including organization management, corporate development and business planning, debt and equity financing, acquisitions, mergers and divestitures.
