Kira El Boury joined T&M in 2007 and serves as Vice President of Intelligence & Investigations.
She began her tenure at T&M as a founding member of the company’s Security Consulting Services division where she conducted physical security assessments; provided recommendations for security enhancements and cost-savings measures; developed security policies and tiered protocols; evaluated security guard operations; and developed and delivered security-related training. At the same time, she was responsible for establishing the emerging division’s internal operating protocols and procedures and performing all project accounting services for the division.
Prior to joining T&M, Ms. El Boury served as the Executive Assistant to the President of the Council on Foreign Relations, a non-profit member organization, publisher and think tank specializing in U.S. foreign policy and international affairs. She also most notably was a member of the Security Services Group at Kroll Inc. where, following the September 11 terrorist attacks, she participated in the firm’s worldwide response efforts. She reviewed physical security assessment reports and crisis management plans for clients’ offices worldwide, drafted executive summaries of client security criteria and delivered project progress reports. Ms. El Boury also assisted with project management by tracking project budgets and profitability and monitoring consultant utilization.
While at Kroll, Ms. El Boury also served as Executive Assistant to William J. Bratton who, at that time, was CEO and Founder of The Bratton Group LLC and a senior advisor at Kroll.
Ms. El Boury has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fordham University and a Master of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from New York University.
