Policy, Protocol & Reporting Procedure Assessment and/or Development
Our experts analyze existing camp policies, procedures and protocols pertaining to mandatory reporting, physical and emotional boundary guidelines, sexual harassment, hazing, bullying and other forms of child abuse and provide recommendations for enhancement. Recognizing the uniqueness of the camp environment, we help camp directors and other leaders incorporate realistic guidelines without instilling fear or harming the sense of community. If a camp has policies and protocols already in place, T&M works with the camp to augment existing policies for enhanced safety.
